Do you offer returns?
Our returns policy distinguishes between UK and international orders. For eligible unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging, UK customers have a 14-day return window for a refund to the original payment method; international customers have a 30-day return window for store credit. Used pairs, customised items, stud conversions and opened or worn accessories are excluded under our returns policy. Please contact info@thebootchamber.com before returning anything. Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Eligible unworn, unused items may be returned for sizing issues within the applicable UK or international return window above. Please check our Size Guide before ordering and see our Returns Policy for eligibility and exclusions.

Are your boots authentic?
Absolutely. Every pair we sell is 100% authentic — we do not deal in fakes or replicas. Each pair is thoroughly inspected and verified before being listed for sale.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world (with a few exceptions).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the items in your order and the delivery service selected. Available options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. For full details, please see our Delivery Information.

Do you cover customs or import fees?
Customs duties and import taxes are included on football boot orders delivered to Europe and the USA. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and local fees. This inclusion applies to football boot orders only. Delivery charges are separate and shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I wear vintage boots for playing?
We sell both modern football boots and vintage or collectible pairs. Modern boots should be used on the surface specified for their soleplate. Vintage boots may have aged materials even when unworn, so their durability and suitability for play cannot be guaranteed. Any use of vintage pairs is at your own risk; we strongly advise against playing in boots over five years old. Check each listing’s age, condition and warranty information before purchasing.

Do you offer stud conversions?
Yes — we provide stud conversions on select models. This service is carried out by professionals, but once converted the boots are non-refundable.

How can I be sure about sizing across brands?
Sizing can vary between brands and even between older and modern models. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing.

Do you restock sold-out boots?
Most of our boots are one-of-a-kind vintage pairs. If a size or model is sold out, it’s unlikely to return. The best way to stay updated is to follow us on Instagram and Youtube for new drops.

Do you sell accessories?
Yes, we stock accessories such as grip socks, shin pads, replacement studs & more.
