By placing an order and ticking the box at checkout, you agree to the following:

1. Selling Vintage & Modern Boots
We sell authentic football boots — including vintage, retro, deadstock, and modern styles. Vintage boots may have aged materials even if unworn, and may not meet modern safety standards. Purchasing boots means you accept the age-related risks and understand that performance, safety, durability, or suitability for play is not guaranteed.

2. Use Is At Your Own Risk
Any decision to wear or use boots is at your own risk. We strongly advise not wearing boots over 5 years old for playing football.

3. Authenticity Guarantee
All boots are 100% authentic and checked before sale. If a pair is proven counterfeit, we will fully refund you.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in your local currency. Final amounts may vary due to exchange rates, taxes, or third-party fees. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping & Duties
We ship worldwide. Delivery times at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Store Credit
Returns are accepted under the policy on our Returns page. Nothing in these T&Cs affects your legal rights.

7. Limited Warranty (Recent Boots Only)
Boots manufactured within the last 3 years have a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, misuse, modifications, or incorrect surface use are not covered. Warranty is void once worn incorrectly or modified.

8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the original product price (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be decided under English courts.
