Returns Policy

UK customers may cancel and return online orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with original packaging. Used or worn pairs are final sale and not eligible for return.

International customers may return orders within 30 days for store credit only. Any signs of use will void return eligibility, including playing, training, or stud marking. Used pairs are final sale.

Returns are not accepted on customised items, stud conversions, or opened/worn accessories. All returns must be approved in advance by email to info@thebootchamber.com.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original delivery costs are non-refundable.
